Thalapathy Vijay could not pay homage to Vetri Duraisamy’s body due to this reason

Thalapathy Vijay could not pay homage to the mortal remains of film director Vetri Duraisamy even though he visited his residence. Former Chennai Mayor Saithai Duraisamy’s son Vetri Duraisamy died in a freak car accident in Himachal Pradesh and his body was brought to Chennai yesterday. Politicians and actors including Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin and Ajith Kumar paid tribute to his body in person. Superstar Ajith Kumar In particular, known for avoiding public appearances went to the house of Saithai Duraisamy along with his wife Shalini on February 13th. He was a close friend and biking buddy of Vetri. Now according to the latest reports from Kollywood the other Superstar Thalapathy Vijay also went to the residence of the deceased filmmaker to pay homage.

However, fans crowding on seeing Vijay prevented him from stepping out of his car and he had to reportedly return back. Sources say that Bussy Anand the President of Vijay’s fan clubs and currently a leader in Vijay’s political party TVK, paid his condolences to Saithai Duraisamy. He also explained to him why Vijay could not make it. The sensational actor is currently on a short break from the shooting of his upcoming movie ‘The Greatest of All Time’ aka ‘GOAT’ directed by Venkat Prabhu.
